The newest fitness space in Barnsley

We all know that going to the gym maybe a daunting challenge at the start…

But staff at Fitness Flex, Barnsley, are working together to create a social space to suit everyone’s abilities and needs. The gym space at the Barnsley Metrodome, has now been made even more appealing, after the £700,000 refurbishment.

And BPL have spared no expense – installing state of the art Technogym apparatus throughout the site, including apps such as Garmin, Strava and Polar & Amp, that track your physical activity throughout your workout.

The new cardio equipment has popular social media apps installed, allowing people to reach a number of sites, whilst they work-out.

In addition, the organization now runs functional training sessions in the ‘Omnia studio’. A brand new concept, designed to support members who find it hard to find the time to train and exercise during their busy working lives.

If that wasn’t enough, the company are offering members bespoke training plans, free of charge, provided by experienced Fitness Flex instructors.

Fitness Flex sales and marketing executive, James Lodge, said “We’re really stepping things up here at Fitness Flex, we continually re invest back into our facilities, with members being at the centre of everything we do here at the Metrodome. It has given the place a new lease of life and already members are enjoying the new look & feel.”

The organization are offering new membership opportunities throughout the month – anyone who is interested can find these details at the Fitness Flex Website.
